The 5th German-Chinese Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) took place on 8 November 2025 in Guangzhou as part of the ‘Experience Chinese Medicine’ delegation trip. The event brought together leading German and Chinese experts from clinical practice, research, politics and industry.

Under the motto ‘Experience TCM – Enjoy the Future’, the conference highlighted the potential of Traditional Chinese Medicine for an ageing society, the treatment of chronic diseases and integrated healthcare. The aim was to identify key areas for future German-Chinese cooperation.
