TCM Conference 2022
The second German-Chinese Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine took place in 2022 as a hybrid event. In Germany, the event was broadcast live from the studio in Berlin. In China, participants attended in person in Guangzhou.
Great enthusiasm from China and Germany
Around 200 participants and more than 20 speakers from China and Germany enjoyed the stimulating exchange and discussions.
Congress programme
The first day of the three-day conference focused on presenting and discussing future visions of cooperative healthcare provision. On the second and third days, the focus was on Traditional Chinese Medicine, with presentations on its practical application.
Latest findings in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Prof. Dr. med. Dieter Melchart (Head of the Competence Centre for Complementary Medicine and Naturopathy, KoKoNat) presented TCM at the Bad Kötztingen hospital. Representatives from business, politics and the healthcare sector discussed ‘Challenges and Solutions in Healthcare Provision’.
